Vinyasa Flow - Level One 

This beginner yoga class focuses on building the foundation of vinyasa flow,  which is the coordination of breathing and movement through an arranged sequence of asanas (yoga postures).   Basic standing and seated yoga postures are introduced along with breath technique.

Yoga Stretch

Appropriate for all levels, this class introduces gentle yoga stretches and traditional yoga poses.  Modifications are demonstrated and encouraged to meet each person’s capabilities.

Mat Pilates

For all levels, this class focuses on increasing core strength and improving flexibility.  Pilates resembles a combination of yoga and calisthenics.  Modifications are used to decrease the difficulty or increase the challenge.  Mini balls, magic circles, and bands are used to enhance the workout.
